以人为本理念在妇产科护理管理的应用效果分析

目的分析以人为本的护理理念在妇产科护理管理中的具体应用效果。方法随机选取了2012年1月至12月在我院接受治疗的妇产科患者202例作为研究对象，随机分为两组，其中对照组患者采取常规护理方法，而实验组患者则采取的是以人为本的护理措施，采取科学的评价方法，对两组患者的护理效果进行比较分析。结果实验组患者在经过护理干预后，患者疾病的不确定感下降，患者自身的满意度提升，与对照组患者比较差异具有显著的统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论采取以人为本的护理理念在妇产科的护理中有比较好的应用价值，能够收到比较好的护理效果，所以值得在临床上进行应用推广。     

Reputation and product tampering in service industries

This theoretical paper aims to identify the role of trust and reputation between consumers and firms when there is product tampering or other types of product liability. When product tampering occurs, trust implicitly built towards brand or corporation by consumers or customers can be dissipated. This article assesses the impact of quality uncertainty and measurement costs on the trust relationship between consumers and corporations. The ideas are also applied to the case of bank runs. Preliminary findings indicate that in cases where the trust between consumer and firms is strong, and there are high measurement costs and uncertainty, the reputational relationship between customers and firms can experience strong repercussions.

The impact of corporate governance on employment relations in South Korea: the shareholder versus stakeholder perspectives

This study empirically examined the impact of corporate governance on employment relations outcomes utilizing a comprehensive data set drawn from 214 Korean firms. The study contrasted the stakeholder and shareholder perspectives of corporate governance in investigating the impact of corporate governance on employment relations outcomes. The results showed that the stakeholder corporate governance orientation (as compared to the shareholder orientation) had positive relationships with education/training expense, the level of average employee tenure and industrial relations climate, and had a negative association with number of strikes. Overall, the results implied that the stakeholder orientation of firms led to more beneficial effects for employees and more consensual relations with labor unions than the shareholder orientation did.
